Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 2 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.or Apple Pay
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. For Products we have got physically in the store , the orders will be processed usually in 1 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depends of your destination , delivery may take between 1-7 days to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
How does the installations services works
On an existing frame (e.g. Geberit) (Only in Poland)
The service includes removing the currently used wall-hung toilet, disconnecting the built-in flush tank and flush buttons. The installer will route the water supply pipe and connect the Smart Toilet to the sewage outlet, existing power supply, and water source. No tiles will be removed or replaced. All work will be carried out through the existing flush button openings and those that become accessible after removing the old toilet bowl.
The frame included with your Smart Toilet will not be used in this case, but the installer will need access to the box to use some of its components. You should keep the frame for a future bathroom renovation, to replace the old built-in tank system with our newest solution, which already includes a built-in water tank.

The service includes installing the frame (supplied with the Smart Toilet) onto the wall. The installer will connect the water supply and sewage pipes, and connect the Smart Toilet to an electrical outlet.
The service does not include tiling, but everything will be prepared for tiling. The room must be properly prepared — a clean space (without tiles) left for the installation of the frame and Smart Toilet.
Our Smart Toilet is the most modern solution available — it has a built-in water tank. Traditional concealed cisterns hidden behind tiles will no longer be needed.

How to remove the display panel
Removing the display panel is quick and effortless. Simply press it gently with your fingers and slide it backwards about one centimeter until the clips release. Once unlocked, lift the panel upwards.
To reinstall, just follow the steps in reverse order.
How to install or replace the aromatherapy stick
After removing the display panel as described above, you will gain access to the slot designed for the aromatherapy stick. Take the stick out of its protective packaging and insert it into the slot.
Once in place, reattach the display panel.
Your Smart Toilet comes with one aromatherapy stick included. Additional sticks are available for purchase in our store.
How long does one aromatherapy stick last?
The duration depends on how frequently the Smart Toilet is used and the number of users. On average, one stick lasts between 14 and 30 days.
Replacement sticks can be conveniently purchased in our store.
How to refill the Bubble Shield liquid
Your Smart Toilet is supplied with a container for the Bubble Shield liquid.
After removing the display panel, fill the container and screw it onto the cap located beneath the panel. This cap is connected by transparent tubes directly to the toilet.
What is the purpose of the Bubble Shield liquid?
The Bubble Shield liquid is a specially developed formula that coats the toilet bowl when it is not in use.
Its role is to provide antibacterial protection and automatic disinfection of unwanted substances.
The antibacterial Bubble Shield liquid is available for purchase in our store.
Can I use the Smart Toilet without the Bubble Shield liquid?
Yes, you can. Simply connect the empty liquid container to the cap with tubes located beneath the display panel, as described earlier.

Will the Smart Toilet work during a power outage?
Yes. The set includes an emergency power supply (batteries not included) that can be connected to your Smart Toilet.
In case of a power cut, the toilet will automatically switch to this backup source.
I am very short or tall. Will the nozzles be suitable for me?
Absolutely. Both the washing and sterilizing nozzles feature adjustable extension length, easily controlled via the remote.
Can the Smart Toilet seat be closed manually?
Yes. The seat is equipped with a soft-close mechanism and can also close automatically via the remote, the dial, or the motion sensor.
Is the water temperature adjustable?
Yes. You can easily adjust the water temperature to your preference.
The current temperature is displayed on the panel during use.
Is the drying air temperature adjustable?
Yes. The air temperature can be adjusted for your comfort and is shown on the panel while in use.
Is the seat heating temperature adjustable?
Yes. The heating temperature of the seat can be set to your liking.
It is displayed on the panel during use.
How long does the seat take to heat up?
Thanks to advanced technology, the Smart Toilet seat warms up instantly.
How long before warm water flows during bidet or wash functions?
Warm water flows immediately.
The Smart Toilet is equipped with an instant heater.
Should I connect the Smart Toilet to hot or cold water?
Only cold water is required.
The Smart Toilet has a built-in heater that instantly warms the water when needed.
Does the Smart Toilet have LED night lighting?
Yes. The LED night light can be easily switched on or off using the remote control.
Is the toilet suitable for nighttime use in the dark?
Yes. Built-in motion sensors detect your presence and activate the LED night light. The toilet will open automatically and illuminate when you approach.
What is the capacity of the built-in water tank?
The built-in water tank holds approximately 4 liters.
Can I adjust the strength of the flushing water stream?
Yes. The flush intensity is fully adjustable via the remote control.
